how to cure depression

Alex Makaela Rushmer
-3 heaping cups of positivity. You can choose to be happy, you silly goose. It’s all about how you
look at things.

-1/4 cup of get-over-it. You can’t lay in that muck and expect to get better. Pick yourself up already!
-1 teaspoon of perspective. It could be worse, you know.
-2 Tablespoons of a healthy diet. You are what you eat, and judging by your mood you must have
been eating something past its date.

-A dash of exercise. Exercise is the solution for everything, isn’t it? Besides, let’s be honest, you’re
getting a little tubby.

-1 cup of social time. Being around people always makes things better, especially when they are
ready to offer quick solutions and back-handed comments.

-1/2 teaspoon of try-something-new! Because even though you’re struggling to do the little things
like rolling out of bed, you should push yourself.

-A pinch of full night’s sleep. The solution to a bedtime plagued with nightmares is more sleep
obviously!

Stir well and serve cold.

If that doesn’t work, you can always put your head in the oven and inhale, right?
